Default TPMS sensor replacement

I'm getting new wheels and tires for the RC, and I am planning on mounting the wheels and tires myself. I Was wondering if the new sensors need to be programed by a tire shop or a Lexus service center, or will they self-program?

Gotta be more specific. Year? mounting wheels and tires implies you have a tire mounter. Are you installing OEM wheels, tires and sensors yourself?

Lexus cars don't auto-program new TPMS sensors as far as I know. Unless you have a TPMS tool, the tire shop can do that for you for a fee.
