Default Water Pump Fail @ 85K miles! (8ARFTS)

To my fellow weekend DIY'ers: Looks like I have a project this weekend on my 2016 RC200t. I will be replacing the following parts on an 8ARFTS motor:

WP (Aisin)
OEM Pink Coolant (Toyota)

Maybe:
Tensioner
Serpentine Belt

Can anyone please provide me the torque specs for the WP and Tensioner bolts? Thanks.

Today Lexus isn't Lexus Toyota it used to be, mine failed at 65k miles (100k km) its a Lexus RC350, now i'm dealing with Tires uneven and outer/inner wears along with Lexus Dealership Ripped off, Cheating, Robbing money out of your pocket. The Government ain't do NOTHING about it.

Mine went around 50k and since it was a CPO car it was done under warranty, service writer at the time told me it very uncommon so I never thought twice about it. It shouldn't be too bad of a job IMO.

What were the signs of failure on this? Mine's a 2016 with 94K. Planning on replacing the alternator at 10 yr mark just to be safe.

As I was pulling out of my parking space at work, I saw a small puddle of something under the front portion of my car. I didn't think it was mine because I was in denial thinking: ".. that cant be my car, its a new Lexus! It was probably another car that was parked before me." Then I thought: "...wait a minute, my car has 80K+ miles on the odo. It's not a new car anymore!"

The next morning on the way to work, the car was not overheating nor engine check lights lighting so I thought I was in the clear. ...UNTIL I got to the parking structure at work. As I traveled up the structure in a spiral pattern towards the fifth floor, I noticed the heater went COLD and as I was backing up into my parking spot, the temperature gauge began to rise and the radiator fan kicked into high. I shut off the engine, popped the hood and low and behold, the reserve tank was a few ticks below the low line and I saw pink stuff seeping out from under the water pump.

In a nutshell , my symptoms of a failed water pump were:
1. Cold air blowing when the heater is on.
2. Car overheats.
3. Little or no coolant in the coolant reservoir.
4. Pink Fluid leaking from underneath the drain holes of the splash shield.
5. Pink crust formed or active seepage from water pump housing.

Toyota/Lexus are know to have weak water pumps and door lock actuators. Water pump went bad 08/22 on my 2017 NX200t at 48,000 miles.
