Installed this rear diffuser this weekend. Buddy of mine who owns a shop actually drilled into the bumper on the bottom and I applied double sided tape to the diffuser.
Did you use rivet nuts to attach the diffuser? Is the bumper hollow or solid?
my buddy was the one who installed the diffuser while i was installing the intake at the same time. He said he used the two factory push clips in the middle and drilled additional holes for the screws.. i had already placed double sided tape on the top and side parts of the diffuser.
That looks clean and tidy. Compliment coming from me. I would get it painted/glossed out. (black) though.
i thought about but what i decided was IF i changed my mind later and wanted that shiny black, i could just plastidip it (hyper dip) and that way it wouldn’t be permanent if i didn’t like it. Much cheaper than painting and being unsatisfied.
