I thought there was a way to covert avis to animated gifs

 

It's easy to convert .avi to animated .gif...Unfortunately, I saw
no .avi files there. Just a bunch of .movs (Quicktime applecrap).

You can export the frames from quicktime ..its not that hard. As soon as i get a chance I'll do it for ya..
