Having problems posting multiple Pics in thread...

I've read the tutorial and tried it a million times but every time I hit submit it looks like it's processing but the screen comes up blank like it's done. Anyone have any thoughts as to what I'm doing wrong? That tutorial is straight forward so I don't know how I'm missing anything. Thanks.
