Use the image tag instead of the "Attach file" method. If you use the image tag, you'd have to have the pic hosted somewhere (like in the CL gallery). Open up the pic, do a right click>Properties... and get the URL.
Put this URL between the image tag, or push the IMG button and put the URL into the TextBox.

when you open properties and copy the address, dont forget to hit OK before you close out to go into the other window.

BTW the best way to do this is with 2 windows open, one to get the pics, the other to load it into the thread.
