Just installed, everything went in factory, except two bolts to hold in heat shield, you can use a screw washer and nut for one of the spots in a factory hole with no modification but the other one will most likely not have a spot unless you want to do some modifications.

how well does the shield fit to bay? are you happy overall with sound? I assume no noticeable change in performance?

 

Fits good, just have to be creative and modify the left screw point being that there is no direct hole to bolt it too... no intake will give you a noticeable performance gain but the induction sound it makes inside & outside the cabin are dope def will turn heads.
