Tanabae makes an axle back that is very quiet. May be worth a look.

Tababe is the quietest exhaust! The loudest it will ever be is on a cold start. Assuming you have an OEM mid pipe with no modifications.

FYI...The "Tanabe" Medallion Exhaust is now renamed "Revell" Medallion Exhaust. When i was gonna buy a Tanabe medallion exhaust by the part number back in august, Tanabe said it was discontinued. I then found out that the Tanabe has been rebranded as Revell Medallion Exhaust. Tanabe is still the parent company.
The Revell Medallion exhaust for the ISX50 is almost exactly the same as its predecessor, the ONLY difference is the Branding Badge on the mufflere now days Revell. It still says "Medallion" on the Exhaust tips.

But to answer the main question....YES the Revell (tanabe) Medallion exhaust IS the quietest exhaust offered for our cars. It does have a small amount of drone, but nothing that will be obnoxious. You can still hear your radio over the exhaust wether you have the windows up or down. very smooth clean tame sounding. I'm sure a midpipe will make it a little louder though. The best sounding combo for the Medallion Exhaust is with the Megan midpipe. Invidia mid pipe makes it even louder and a little more raspy.

808LSX , I was considering Revel coilovers when I was shopping and noticed that they were made by Tanabe. Thanks for sharing that information about their exhaust.

As for coilovers.....Amazon Has Tein Flexx Z coilovers for under $700. Its a steal!! Made in Yokohama Japan. Better than the Revel coilovers by far.
