I'm not saying those are the ones you need. Just a source.

H&R doesn't sell DRM 15 mm for Toyota/Lexus in North America. If you want those you need to import them from Europe. H&R 3065602 or Eibach S90-4-15-009. I imported mine from Tunershop.de in Germany

You may have more luck with your search if you type in Toyota RAV4 spacers as they are exactly the same.

It’s ok bud I’m a noob myself haha but the DRM spacers have studs built into them so that they can be long enough, otherwise you have to replace the whole stud and I had a hell of a time getting that axle nut off.

Basically there are two types of wheel spacers, the ones that come with pressed in studs (H&R calls them DRM) where you take your wheels off, clean the hubs, install the spacers, mount the wheels and you're done.
The other type are the ones where you need to ****** around with your car for half a day. You will need lot more tools, remove brake calipers, remove brake line support, remove rotors, use stack of washers to install the studs, need 3lb sledge hammer to pound the stock studs out. While you hammer out the studs chances of breaking, damaging wheel hub or speed sensors are very high.
When it's time to sell the car, you'd need to go thru all this BS again... (facepalm)
