It is a throttle module that controls the signal from the pedal to the throttle, saying to open faster, slower or it can shut the pedal completely off. Doesn’t give you more power just allows the throttle to open quicker with out depressing the pedal fully. Feels like it is faster though or slower. I had it in valet mode which has settings 40, 30 and 20% response. 20% you can put the pedal to the floor and it will barley open the throttle. Lol
