Default Help with my tranny?

Here is the thing I keep having that problem were the car is well warmed up but for some strange reason it will slam into 2nd gear or 3rd. I have done a lot of searching and I see it's a common thing. The car is an 02 with 15,000 miles not driven to hard and it started doing it about the first month I had it. The dealer says there is noting wrong but he has heard of the problem before. Does anyone know a way to fix this or if theres a secret recall? Thanks

Has the dealer done anything about your concerns? Make sure its noted on any service invoices.

I'd also make it a habit to check your tranny fluid level more often (weekly?), and take record of when this happens. Hot, cold, engine temp, etc.

You may need to ask for an update ECM. I'm not sure on the 02 GS they still doing the reprogramming, but on the 01 they got the TSB for ECM reprogram on the GS. I will check on this one for you.
