DIY TC Anyone?

Just trying to find out if anyone installed TC on their own, how hard was it and how long did it take?
Any and all information on the subject is appreciated.

I recently installed Supra LSD it took me about 6 hours taking my time drinking bears
and talking to my friends.

did mine supra LSD in 4 hrs

, 1 afternoon

you need a transmission jack to do the TC, unless you can bench 500lbs

I did mine myself, but used a buddies shop to do it. You really need the car that high to be able to drop the tranny and do it. It's not terribly difficult, but tedious. If your mechanical exp is limited, you may want to leave this one for someone else only because if you do even 1 thing incorrectly it could cost a lot. Toyota tranny fluid is more expensive than liquid gold......

can only bench press 200 pounds ( my weight 160 pounds )

have a garage but no transmission jack, that is going to be my biggest problem
don't like other people working on my car, but this time I might not have a choice.
