Power loss from IS 250 muffler delete?
Hey there everyone, I have a pretty straightforward and simple question today (I apologize if this has been asked before):
I have a 2008 IS 250 AWD that I would like to do a muffler delete on (leaving the cats and resonator as they are) and I was wondering if there are any negative changes to the vehicle's low end torque? I recently unbolted the rear portion of the exhaust from the resonator to test out the sound and I liked what I heard, but I don't want to straight pipe it if my car will become more sluggish than it already is.
I'm not expecting any performance gains, just a change in exhaust sound. But if deleting the mufflers takes enough pressure off of the exhaust system to cause a power loss that is something I need to know about beforehand!
Any input is appreciated.

You should be ok. Most after market axlebacks are a straight thru design anyways.
