Default K&N Ait Intake Kit

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forum just bought a 2014 Lexus IS250 and I love it! I bought a K&N Air Intake Kit and had a automotive shop install it for me. I should have done research prior to purchasing and installing this but I am wondering if there are any negative effects caused by these air intake kits? Any information is greatly appreciated.

No negative as far as I know, if anything the aftermarket intake will help more because more airflow is coming in. If you drive normally you should see an increase on MPG.
Also, its not hard to install an intake, maybe takes about 15-30 minutes, just a heads up to save your money next time.
