Default what do i need to do to a a650e to hold 500whp

Hey guys, Pardon my ignorance, But i just got a project is300 with a Custom SRT turbo kit. I wanna keep the a650e in it, but im not sure what all i need to do the the trans to have it hold 500rwhp.
I was looking at options from just changing a few parts or just going with the powerdynamix full build.

Thank you in advance.

TransGo makes a bit that may help, read about it here: http://tinyurl.com/lyntvqs.
As a minimum you want to shim the accumulator(s), and raise the line pressure, but how and how much IDK. There may be a piggy-back TCM that improves shift quality and timing.
The factory TT A340E retards spark to reduce power (but keep turbine speed) and closes the TRAC butterfly to reduce boost during the shift - you may be able to find a way to do this using the ECM signal to the transmission solenoid. I kept my original Aristo TCM to retain these features in my full mod ATF transmssion.
5th gear probably has a relatively weak clutch pack, don't use WOT + boost in OD.
Definitely more cooler capacity, read my notes here: http://tinyurl.com/zyvg8tx
This is a 2JZ-GE VVTi, yes? Wikipedia suggests that the UZ version has somewhat better internal parts (but not that they interchange), but still rates max power at 325.

Pardon me but i thought the transgo wasnt an upgrade, i thought it was just a replacement part?
