Anybody own these or know any dealers in California that might have some in stock? I think I saw one person make a post about it but other than that I haven't seen anyone else use it. Originally was thinking of getting the Invidia exhaust system but quad tips look so nice.

Since it is a $2000+ exhaust, even Rowen themselves doesn't stock it.. they're all made to order, mine took about 3 months from day of payment to receiving directly from Rowen Japan.
If you look on their site, they have a list of their US dealers http://www.rowen.co.jp/en/dealer/
beware that they do have 3 options, make sure you order the right one you want:
Stainless body with Stainless tips (street application)
Stainless body with titanium burnt tips (street application)
full titanium body and tips (much louder and for competition use)

I didn't install it yet since it's still in the middle of winter here in Canada. I went with the SS body and titanium burnt tips. I ordered through a Canadian dealer and they shipped directly from Rowen Japan to me to save shipping. If you want to order you can contact the 4 US rowen dealers, all of which are in CA.
Is there any performance gains through the install or is it just purely for looks and noise? I was considering getting the Invidia catback but not sure if it'd be a good idea to get custom quad tips on them.

no catback on the planet will give you any significant performance gains, it's all mostly on the headers and high flow cats that will give you gains.
Ah I know the performance gains aren't much but just wondering if there is any. I was thinking of getting PPE headers after I get a catback system actually.
late late late reply but I have sound clips on my instagram @350_beta if you would like more examples of how it sounds.
It took 6 months to get mine in but it sounds and looks amazing. ordered from Bulletproof Automotive, had to call because the right one wasn't listed on the site.
Pretty sure i have the full titanium, not overly loud, pretty much can't hear it at warm idle, I have yet to hear it from the outside cause no one drives my car but me haha. I love it on overpasses
