I like driving with ECT PWR Mode on because of quick response. What do you think does it help with 1/4 mile run?

Contrary to all others is350 owners have said all my best time are in power mode

And trust me i have try it many times with every mode

 

I alway though that faster with ECT PWR mode on. But some people don't Like it because it shift gear earlier. Some say best 1/4 time is with traction control off.

 

I never run 1/4 time with my IS350 yet.

 

Give it a try you'll like it. I never use the power does nothing in 1/4 miles like it does nothing on a dyno. I leave everything normal except traction off and vsc off. Weight reducing gonna help but track prep, tire, weather condition and elevation also play parts to getting great time. Best I've got stock with 1/4 tank and nothing strip was 13.4 stock. I have H/I/E but yet to run it again. But try to go with an almost empty tank of gas.

 

I'll try it out when I get a chance to run 1/4 time. It's fast with 13.4. Got a friends who run his 09 IS-F at the track for the first time. He run 5 time and his best was 13.3 he was not happy.

I like that instant power respond with ECT PWR Mode on.
