Default The pedal dance

Ok so im new still the is350 but finally grtting used to it. One thing i have noticed during this past 3 weeks of owner ship is that the pedal dance really REALLY makes this car feel alot more pwerful. From spirited driving to normal driving the car feels like this is the way it was meant to he driven.

So in as much as i like driving this way. I dislike that i need to do the pedal dace each time (06) . Not that it bothers me to actually DO the dance but it i feel like engagement and disengagement of the Parking Brake is gonna do it harm

So my question is will constantly doing the pedal dance (every time i drive) harm the vehicle in any way? Will it damage the parking brake or anything like that??

Sorry if its a stupid question but i really feel the need to ask lol
Thanks

The "pedal dance" will not harm or damage your brakes. Its just there to fully disengage the traction control.

But will re-engaging and disengaging the parking brake damage the parking brake?

no it will not and when you replace the rear rotors next time, just adjust the parking brake or have who ever is doing it do so. I have an 06 is 350 as well so peddle dance is the regular.

Your fine. The car is meant to be driven and you get to decide if you want the traction control interfering during driving or not. I turn it off pretty regularly for cornering, canyon runs, and just good ol spirited driving. It puts more wear on your car to drive it more aggresively, if thats your overall goal, but to have the system turned off, will not do harm.

No it doesn't harm the car much. If it does, all our cars are dead already since we brake everyday lol. I watch the youtube video on the pedal dance but I still doesn't get it to work. Can anyone describe the correct sequence of the dance move? haha.

Press E brake on, start car.

Press brake pedal twice, then keep it held down. Now do the e brake twice (finishing with it on), then brake pedal twice again. I just keep repeating that until the light comes on.
