So I just installed the Fsport intake but I don't notice much of a difference in sound or power!

 

You are not going to feel any noticeable gain! Just noisier above 3500RPM or so.

 

Before you put it on classifieds, let me be the 1st to take it off your hands

You just not be accelerating fast enough lol I hear mine every day

 

Don't tell me that 5hp they claim was gonna suck you to your seat lol... Your not gonna feel any power from any intake it just sound. Keep it to the floor at all time haha..

 

Most intakes won't give any big hp gains.

 

I got one to feels a lil more peppy more sound at higher rpms.

 

Yea, I think I found out why I'm not getting a whole lot out of the intake!

 

I installed my fsport intake on Friday and can definitely hear a difference above 3k rpms

 

Why is that?

 

Look at my other thread I started down below in this forum and than you'll be able to see why I couldn't even tell that this intake was installed!

 

yeah thats basically it really lol. i did the joe z on my 350 and noticed sound change when above 3500 or so but thats it. it was mainly one of those "just to do it" mods for me

 

I definetly have to retract my first statement I made on this thread . Today my Fsport lower air box came and after installing I noticed a huge difference. The rpms seem to climb a lot faster than before. It's true about the sound becoming intensely different and louder after 3,500 rpms but I also noticed when getting on the highway that the speedo climbs up to 90 mph with ease where before it took a little more effort. I highly reccomend this mod, for $325, we'll worth it!

 

Installed mine yesterday. The sound is amazing! My gas mileage is gonna suffer. I wanna floor it every time. lol...
