^Yeah, by then hopefully your car's systems will have calibrated it much better. Make sure you throw in some WOT pulls on the street too! Put in that bung, install the WB, install the meth setup, and return to dyno.

GL!

Stop buying new hardware for the car and put some miles on it! LOL Seriously, swapping parts and strapping it to the dyno will continue to yield unsatisfactory results. If anything positive came out of your dyno experience it was that you got to witness first hand just how good this ECM is at detecting knock and taking appropriate actions!

Def. drive it around and perform throttle blips to allow the ecu to learn the changes. Its not even so much miles related but varying driving conditions and open/closed loop changes.

Looking good! Just one question, shouldn't the BOV be after the MAF sensor? I've only boosted cars with a MAP sensor in the TB, so I cannot be certain; but one thing I noticed.

So exactly what issues did you encounter without recirculating the BOV?

Car would idle low when I came to a sudden stop or rpms would go low enough the engine just stopped. The car runs better with the new setup...I notice better throttle response.

Nevermind about my comment about the BOV placement; I saw a turbo setup on a G37 that had the BOV before the MAF, which was before the TB.

Update got my PPE HEADERS installed 2 weeks ago waiting on ECU to relearn boost then it’s back to the dyno I’m hoping to be putting down 337hp to the wheels with the extra 2.3psi and PPE Headers. Also finally got my new pulley from the machine shop looks good already sent it off to get Surgrip coated here’s some pics 2.10". Need to weigh the stock headers I know I posted the weight of the PPE headers will try to get that posted later this week.

Weighed the STOCK OEM HEADERS W/CATS each side L/R each weighed 11.2 pounds. The PPE headers each weighed 9.6. So you save 3.2 pounds...

Update: I’ve had a falling out with the shop that was helping me mod my car....My personal experience with them was not very pleasing sloppy work at least on my car, doesn’t complete what is originally agreed upon when car was dropped off. Left grease hand prints all over my head liner that I couldn’t get off. The list goes on.... Finally called it quits when my inner wheel wells were damaged because of them and lost a belt that was supposed to be installed on super charger that never was. 3 weeks later trying to get those issues fixed got the cold shoulder with that…Bummer I figured the shop matured after all these years of being in business…never again! If you live in Washington State in the 509 I WOULD RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM KAIZEN SPEED located in Kennewick, WA!!!!!
