Default DIY: F-Sport Intake

Here's my DIY for the F-Sport intake on a RWD IS250 install along with a video at the end.

The install takes about 45 minutes. I took an extra 10 minutes because I stopped to take photos of everything (for this DIY).

I did not disconnect my battery, it says you should, but I did not want to start looking for my radio code.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

*** I am not responsible if you screw up on this install. ***

Video: (I didn't bother shooting a before video, since we all know what that sounds like)

Let's start the install!

Pop the hood, put the car in gear or in Park whatever the case may be, put the e-brake on, and disconnect your battery (I did not disconnect the battery)

Lift up the engine cover.

Put everything back on (Air Duct, panels and the engine cover)

better to disconnect (-) terminal battery so your ecu resets and relearns with the different a:f ratio
i do this twice a yr when the season changes and does not require radio code

Wow. Great write up! I recommend adding the battery pull for the reasons stated above.
