IS200 driveline into my KE20 Corolla
Hi!
I´m new to the forum, I´m a swedish guy looking into ditching a IS200 driveline into my KE20 Corolla, to get it a bit more upp to date. Tried to find some info, whats recomended, is it a good choice to run the standard gearbox (going for a manual of course) or is it better to go for maybe a R154 or R160 from a Supra? Whats the code on the IS200 gearboxes?
Rearaxle and diff, how much power does the orginal cope with?
Going for an almost stock 1G-FE engine, just a bigger bore exhaust, open airfilter and so on
Do you think it will be a good choice? Perfomancewise, an 1G-FE is within the boundaries of swedish trafficlaws, so I can get it roadworthy and pass MOT
