Default questions

The holes are not cut into the lower engine shroud. They are cut into the plastic that is beneath/in front of the radiator. It is sort of a dust cover though it does not appear to serve any purpose. So you can take this car and run the front end into the street as hard and long as you would want and the lines would never be touched. You would destroy the entire front end before the lines are even touched. Plus, these are steel lines in this area , not the rubber ones.

Best of luck on your install

Second that. Also would like to see a pic of the routing lines...don't know which one is the return line. It should be Return line from factory radiator cooler -> custom cooler ->back to the return line that was disconnected from the factory radiator... correct?

keep it in series. You can install it before or after the stock cooler. I installed mine after it's cooled from the stock ...then flows into my bmp cooler and back into the transmission.

I wouldn't trust the bm cooler by itself.

http://bananags.grantham-internation...ler/index.html

the curved one is the return line (after it cools by the stock system). I'd detach that and hook it up to you cooler and complete the circuit. The straight one is from the tranny to the oem system. Don't bypass the oem system...

you can install pre or post.

It doesn't really matter. Just unhook the curved line and complete the circuit. It doesn't matter if it flows from 1 to 2 and back into the transmission or from 2 to 1 and back into the transmission. You just care about intercepting the flow.

The two hose comes with the kit. You have to buy another one from an auto store because you don't wanna cut the one supplied (too short if cut).

You just unhook one... then connect it to your cooler...then from the cooler, it goes back into the transmission.

I'd do the after. I don't think it'll affect the system much... but some people thinks it could be over cooled. LOL...i highly doubt it.

You can do the other line if you want...the oem radiator will keep it warm before it circulate back.
