For some reason, now more than eve, my right door (passenger side) won't lock all the time with the alarm key, or the switch in the car. I have to sometimes manually lock it, so i can put the alarm on. Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions? I mean it works sometimes, but its happening more and more, and i'm gettin tired of it!

 

You need a new door actuator. A quick check, open the passenger door and see if the dome light come on.

 

I had the same problem with my car except it was a Supra and I had to have the actuator replaced and everything was fine afterwards.

 

Same thing happaned to me a few months ago. Replaced under warrenty.

i just experienced the same thing, the button on my key won't unlock the doors, and when i push panic it just beeps once. the trunk works. It did not work earlier this morning, but i got in my car again and everything worked fine? very weird...so i need the actuator changed...thanks
