Oh ok I'm sorry. I thought it was a design for building a completely new shifting mechanism from the ground up. Still hard for me to visualize the end result but I'll just sit patiently and await the end result like everyone else lol. Hoping your design will work on an SC as well.

Its all good, basically I took a picture of the shifter that is already sold by someone in tampa fl and put it where it needed to be at 30" and then made the shift linkage come to it. The only difference on the shifter is that I removed the legs and lifted it so it would clear the linkage connection. Collins likes the idea and is going to build mines. IF that shifter works then id imagine we'd be in business on the cd009 concerning hitting the w55's 30" on center mark.

Im really hoping this tranny fits between this lexus cause it sure as hell doesn't look like it will, my friends think it will so we will see.

Same but different..........

Can you have Collins build 2? I have been talking to Brett over there as well. I'm glad you're a little further along than I am. I have yanked my w58 (which replaced my w55), so if you need measurements, I can take them for you.

I found a page that has the measurements for the w58 and r154. Im going to cad out the cd009 and post a pic of it next to the other pics I found. Here is some other measurements I found: http://www4.tpgi.com.au/users/loats/...earboxes2.html and heres the entire website to that link http://users.tpg.com.au/users/loats/index.html, - click ma 61 supra - then driveline. After seeing that im starting to think that the cd009 will in fact fit this is300 tunnel. Im sure collins wont mind building whatever but he does build to order. My adapter plate has shipped so it wont be long before im fitting this tranny.

On a side note, I was doing some regular maintenance stuff to carry this motor over till the built motor is complete and idk wtf lexus was thinking putting the throttle body on top of the spark plugs. Thats a fail all day every day all the time. Such a disapointment to see that ! 2 hours to change spark plugs gtfo. If the tranny fits then the first thing im going to buy is aem dezod pnp and a intake manifold that will let me check my plugs.

Bracket is in. Looks to be carbon steel with some sort of coating or paint to prevent corrosion and rust. Should be the last thing standing when this car is expired haha. Not sure if I got all the bolts cause the bolt baggy open and box had holes from poor shipping and handling. Either way this should be enough for the fitting so its going down saturday morning.

why in the world would you spend $600 more than necessary on a Dezod AEM...

you can duplicate the same thing... I've posted info on how both here and my.is

Hell yea! Thanks. I'm a tuner so I always go for plug and play but I can swing a few wires with that diagram you made.

What is your plan for clutch, PP and flywheel? I know collins has a modded set, but i like options in case companies fail or fold up shop.
