if the f-sport rear anti-sway bar part number is PTR0253080 (no brackets), then you'll need 2x rear anti-sway bar bushing brackets - P/N 48824R (for 2006-2008 ISx50's).

if the f-sport rear anti-sway bar part number is PTR0253080KIT, then you will not need anything else.

refer to my (now closed) F/S thread for clarification:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is2...-sway-bar.html

thanks for reading.

The sway bar kit I got did not come with the bushings bracket for the rear. When Tommy at the Music Box installed it, he reused the original ones.

What year model did you have. Does it have any problems?

I have an 07 IS250. Haven't had any issues or noise from them. I'm just changing it out to the Sikky rear sway bar. I'll be reusing the original bushings bracket for the Sikky rsb.

So much mis information here Rear sway bars for a 2008 come with bushings. Installation on a 2009+ will will work but, you need to read this thread:

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sus...different.html

If Tommy reused the stock bushings on an F-Sport bar, you aren't getting the most out of the bar.

1. The bushings were meant to be used on the smaller stock bar.

2. The F-Sport Bushings are harder to better work with the stiffer bar.

Note I never said he reused the bushings. I know the 2 bars have different outer diameters.
Tommy reused the bushing brackets, the piece mounting the bushing to the chassis.

You only need the brackets if you have an 09+ non-sport version. 06-08 and 09-13 sport already have the correct brackets.

When I crawled under some IS models a couple of years ago, F-Sports and non F-Sports had the same Sway Bars and brackets. Maybe I missed something.

Must have missed it, because they don't, or rather shouldn't.

Breaking News. .... If you have a f sport package than the rear swar bay for 2008 will fit without the brackets. But if you have non f sport then you will need the brackets for 2009+ model except f sport package.
