Default F-Sport Sway bar kit question

I have panned through the sway bar thread, I am not seeing clarification on specifics here. I have the opportunity to purchase one of the F-Sport kit's at a great price that hasn't been used. I have an IS350, so the front sway bar gains are minimal to begin with per the chart on that thread.

The kit # is PTR02-53096 which is for the "AWD" models. He said the REAR sway bar will work for my car but not the front. Now I understand the front is different (found that reasoning listed in the thread) but is there ANYTHING different with the rear sway bars? I have an 08'. So straight forward brackets and so forth, can anyone confirm in that part # kit, PTR02-53096, that the REAR bar works fine on an 08' IS350?

I just see the IS250 AWD having the only single different measured rear sway bar @ 17.5mm to the 19mm measurement for every other model and I'm getting confused. Thanks an sorry for another sway bar thread.

Got it. Rear bar fit's, but is 17.5 mm in comparison to 19 mm it appears.

If that is WRONG, feel free to correct me. Had to rush an buy it or pass it up, so I pulled the trigger an then discovered that. For what I am paying, I cannot complain as it's still an upgrade.

So you bought the AWD kit for an RWD350? Is this the one on eBay open box? The fronts definitely won't fit. The rear will fit. If you didn't care about the front you should've searched just for the single AWD bar 19mm.

Not off eBay. I got them local for about what the rear bar would cost alone. So I will just sell the front bar new, an make my money back. I'm not a super aggressive driver, but I go get after it whenever the surroundings accept some aggressive driving. So I'm sure I will be happy. My predicament was just that I had arrived there to get some parts, didn't plan on sway bar's, and had a stranger informing me all this information. I'd like to trust what someone tell's me, but you never know anymore when someone is trying to make some cash.

Thanks for clarifying, I don't regret my decision. Just glad it works for the rear.

I put an IS-F bar on the rear of the RWD 350. Stock 350 was 14.4mm F is 17.6mm. Are you saying the AWD rear is 17.5 also?
