Default Takeda SIR review

I rescently installed a Takeda short ram in my IS 250. At first glance it looks nice, the chrome tube and the angles of the filter and the heatshield all looks perfect where it belongs. Installation maybe took about 30 mins max, and what makes it great is how it fits perfect under the engine covers and the shield connects to the intake box that goes to the hood.

At start up I love the sound when you first start the car its has a nice sound so you can tell there's an intake there and not like the OEM one.
While cruising around town it sounds really nice between idle and about 3000rpm once it gets passed that it gets loud up to 5k rpm and then kind of dies down to redline.
The loudness of it kind of made me wish I had a 350 because all that noise and not really going no where...

However honestly the car does feel more responsive and maybe a little quicker than stock but I dont think its going to give me the +13 that the website claims but I will dyno soon so I can verify that claim...

Overall I like it so far, I love the fitment, the sound for the most part because I don't really drive more than 3000k anyways so I get to hear a little growl, a lot more than I hear with my Greddy Exhaust.

I will post a couple pics of the fitment soon and maybe try to do a video.
Share you opinions if anyone else have this

Looks nice! Kinda like the K&N setup with the intake tube, cone filter and heat shield.

when i first installed mine it sounded like a dragon straight outta hell, but a few rides later i guess the sensor started regulating and the sound has died down/under a little more control now
