No it doesn't, unless a problem is found to be derived from exactly that part they cannot void your warranty under I believe it's the Magnussen Aftermarket clause (someone correct me on the name haha). Since a resonator is a non moving part that literally only exists for sound purposes you'll be perfectly fine!

you're referring to the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
and iirc, it applies to aftermarket parts, not modified OEM parts.
in the case of removing resonators, if there is an issue that is traced back to the removal of the resonators, the dealership can and should refuse to cover the work under the factory warranty, since the issue was a result of modifying an OEM part to circumvent its original function (i.e. noise reduction, emissions control).
so to answer the "will it void your warranty?" question...
if deleting the resonators cause an issue in the future, then yes, it will void your warranty.
