Default VIP pushing 1k+ rwhp.

Well my jdm 2jzgte's and 1jzgte are on there way from my old home in okinawa.

Plan is to tear apart the worst condition 2jz and start building.

titan or hks stroker kit

arp retainers and goodies

Hks cams, gears, IM, FMIC, t. belt. ect.

Going to be running a seperate map for e85 plus spray.

Aiming for a 78-88mm turbo.

Boost per gear.

Getrag 6 speed

gs300 rear dif- 4.11-4.79 FD (ford 9" would be ideal. have to see about fitment once everything arrives.)

were aiming for a pump gas dyno run around 800rwhp and on e85 and spray, 1200rwhp.

But its almost all hks goodies, 270 cams... i know im forgetting a lot...

oh we will also be stripping down the 1jz head and the 2jz head and bench flow testing them to end the debate over which heads the best.... hahah just the tip... hahahahah!!!! sorry couldnt resist...

will post pics when we get our large crates of love from oki!!
(gotta love this, 1-2jzge to gte conversion (89 cressida), 2- jdm 2jzgte, and 1- jdm 1jzgte, and a poor mans type r honda project, all in one house.... yea were having fun!!! xD)

Hi, im tony im from Cleveland ohio, im the tech building this drivetrain so figured id give a pretty full list of what's going into it.

Hks 3.4L stroker kit- arp rod bolts (8.5:1)
forged mains-arp maincap bolts
t88 turbo
hks hg
arp headbolts
engine girdle and block brace
arp studs-oversized
hks 270 cams and cam gears (deleting vvt)
heavy port and polish, combustion chamber bore out
1.5mm larger Intake valves, 1mm larger exhaust valves
dual wound titanium valve springs and retainers
stainless steel fuel system components-e85
walbro 455
aem fpr
1200cc injectors
hks IM and TB
Hks fmic
direct port n2o- selectably engaged under full boost or manually via button.

getrag is going to be fully rebuilt with performance syncros, and other billet goodies to keep the gears spinning.

carbonceramic stage 1 million clutch kit lol
lightweight flywheel ect.

full hks turbo back exhaust

powerfc, boost per gear, and aem standalone to work the brains.

going to take a while but this is going to be one legit jdm, fire breathing, e85 beerbonging, thrust monster at around 30psi in full out glory mode.. we plan on having quite a few maps to keep the car almost streetable... lol
i personally wish he wanted it in a soarer, but im a 2 door kinda guy i guess... 4 doors more *****s!?!? lolol

keep it up ClubLexus! i kept this forum in my favorites during my last sc400 build/ordeal. lol good stuff on here!

No offense, but this build is a complete joke. What are ARP retainers? Gonna bore out the combustion chamber? Can't wait to see that. HKS now has 270's along with an intake manifold and throttle body? News to me! Walbro 455, you don't say! LOL Can't believe I spent the last few minutes even posting in this worthless thread...

im doing a simular build but im not going stroker. Im using a a 2jzge block and a 2jzgtevvti head with high compression pistons. 800 on pump gas is gonna be pushing it.....even with a stroker. A walbro 455? hmmmm...... hks makes 280 cams not 270,s. The 2jz head flows more than the 1j. dont waste your time...its been done. you will need gs400 rear with the 3.23 gear ratio for the six speed. it seems your just listing a whole bunch oh stuff just to say it? im not trying to be a hater, its just your part choices are a little confusing

dexlex
you are one hundred % right.
twas the 280 cam and the gs400 rear end.

im in the middle of building a 383, an lsvtec honda, 2jzge-t in an mx83, a 1jz in an s13/chaser/ls/crown (havent found the chassis yet), 2jzgte in an ls400/mark2 crown, and now this. lol stuff getsconfusing as hell sometimes!

pictures will be posted asap! i promise!

oh and the jdm motors are vvti also.

There are a couple other holes in your project, and FYI, you probably won't get a ton of respect just spouting things on here...

1) Walbro 455? no such thing... Walbro 400, yes, Walbro 255, sure...

2) E85, 1200cc injectors aren't going to make 1200 hp, even with nitrous... In fact, your numbers are backwards... if you were able to run enough boost on pump gas to make 1200 hp, your injectors are sized just about right, however, on E85, with the same injectors, you will be stuck somewhere around 700-750 hp... To make 1200 hp on E85, you will need something similar to ID2000 injectors...

3) A single Walbro 400, if that is indeed what you meant, will not support E85 for 1200 hp, and will be pushing it to run 800 hp on pump gas... going to need at least two of them...
