Help with Idle air/fuel mixture

Hello Fam.....I have done a swap in my 98 GS. 94 GTE redone block,N/A heads,Turbonetics 62. Precision 850cc injectors (I know they are overkill but it's what I had at the time ,lol),AEM FIC,boomslang harness. After having the car road tuned 3 times ...my Idle air/fue ratiol changes...according to the way the car idles and the wideband. Can someone help me figure this out please. Thanks in advance
