Does it have the mount for you to install the sensor? If not, why even bother with it? How much is it and where are you getting it from? You can find some really good deals if you look around. I am running the chrome K&N air intake on mine, which I picked up on ebay for $70. It only had one small scratch on the underside, came with the filter, mounting brackets and even the original box. There are lots of great deals to be found here in CL. I would find something that you know is going to work.

First question is why are you buying the intake?

If you're just trying to make the car louder you can cut an F-sport style hole in the stock airbox for free.

If you're trying to add power (and you won't get much regardless) the Joe Z is a lot better option than any short ram.

Kurtz, how do you cut the F-sport style hole in the stock airbox? Do you know any post how to DIY?

I see you already found this one:

You can do that, or simply cut a square hole instead of the slits (which is what the F-sport box looks like).

Comes close in terms of what?

the Joe Z gives you the same performance as the F-sport (and at least as good as the K&N) for $125. That's pretty good in my good.

It's quieter than either though. (but you can cut the stock lower box to get it similar to the F-sport in noise if you want louder)
