I have heard that Level 10 makes good kits but seeing that my transmission components are from IPT, I have to side with them.

To be honest both built transmissions are about the same price - around $3200-3500 for them to build your trans. Their kits, around $600 for the IPT rebuilt kit. Not to sure about the price on the Level 10 kit though.

ended up going with IPT, level10 has horrible customer service. sent emails that were never replied to, called numerous times and was just placed on hold.

jzs160 how do you like your ipt components and how are they holding up?

I have the IPT built trans. But if I could do it over again I would contact JeffTsai. He builds em as well and though his is not a household name, he can do it and has the personal experience of what fails....He pushes his transmissions hard and finds the weak points.

Any auto trans built for the GS will NOT be bulletproof. Anyone who tells you otherwise is pulling your leg. It can be made to withstand stresses, but at some point it will fail if pushed to the limit. I firmly believe if you stay below 450 rwhp, you should be safe. Good luck
