Nope.

http://www.lexus.com/models/IS/f-sport/

F Sport Equipment are warranted for 12 months from the date of installation or for the balance of the new-car or Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) warranty in force at the date of installation, whichever is greater, when installed by an authorized Lexus dealer... F Sport Equipment installed by anyone other than an authorized Lexus dealer is warranted for 12 months from the date of purchase only, and the warranty coverage is limited to the replacement value of the F Sport Equipment
Doesn't require a new car.

If not installed by the dealer then you just get the 12 months from purchase warranty.

For a set of shocks I might care about the longer warranty.... for a metal tube with no moving parts, not so much.

Thank you this has been very helpful. I'm not so great with my hands when it comes to installing things but it's good to know it's a easy install when it comes time to haggle with the mechanic if I get a high cost to install.

I do have a 7 year or 125k warranty and it would be nice for the upgrades to be covered for that long but I can't remember the last time I have a exhaust pipe or intake in my car break. It would save a lot of money to go with my own mechanic.

Do you guys know of anything as nice that might be a little cheaper that has the same effect as these parts? I'm not sure that I specificly care about the part having a f sport badge on it especially if the factory warranty is intact after the install.

The Joe Z intake... about $125... and you can then buy a reusable air filter (which the F-sport comes with but the Joe Z doesn't) for about $50... it'll still be over $100 cheaper than the F-sport and work just as well (though it will be quieter- but you can fix that for free too if you wish)... also- that 30-60 minutes install for the F-sport intake? The Joe Z is 15 minutes, since it doesn't touch the airbox at all.

For exhaust, I'm a fan of the tanabe medallion as it's the quietest of the aftermarket exhausts while still adding the same hp gain as the other axle-backs like the F-sport... and it's about half the price too.... you can occasionally find a used one in the classifieds here for 400-450, but even new they're only $650 or so.
