Thanks for the help neurocity. The thing is that this engine doesn't come in Europe.I m thinking making the IS350 swap with my IS250manual transmission as my last mode.I know some people will say that it cant be done but i m waiting my electrician final answer and since as i know everything else is a complete bold on(even the truny fits directly on)and as i ve said before here in Greece IS350 is not an option i believe that this swap is a perfect mode to gain 100hp without risking your engines life(my friends Elias supercharged works perfect by the way )but i still believe this is even better. Anyway the only thing that is missing is a good engine with everything on and that's gonna be difficult to find from this distance so i can use all the help i can get guys thank you
Thanks Gville350 for the help.I just need an engine .I ll use my IS250 manual trans.I think IS350 engine is more oem swap than IS300 mjh09e.Thanks anyway.
Swapping an IS300 engine has a lot of issues, mainly computer/electric/electronic... The only known working 2JZ swap in the US took a few hundred hours of wiring and still has a couple dash lights (VSC/TC I think)
A 350 motor would be a lot easier, the two main issues I'd see needing to deal with are:
The ECU is expecting to talk to a transmission computer, and get responses from it, that won't exist on a manual transmission car.
If the 250 is pre 2009 you won't have VDIM, and the 350 ECU might be expecting some input from sensors or other ECUs (different traction computer maybe?) that aren't there.
Might be other stuff that comes up, but those are the two off the top of my head
I know there's one foreign user who swapped a 4.3L Lexus V8 (from a GS430 I think) into a 250, might wanna hit him up for info on some of the electronic stuff (though I can't recall if his was a manual or not)
My electrician hasn't answered to me yet.He is still searching .I believe its all up to him.Everything else is a direct bold on.In Japan they did it so it can be done. The question is how much it will cost and if that price worth the gains. In my head if everything works fine it is gonna be a great mode for Europe standards always
I was thinking of buying a totaled is350, so you can get the engine/transmission/diff/ecu+Imobilizer + keys/tacho/brakes/sensors if needed.. If the engine + ecu and transmission won't do the job, then u can add the sensors when required by the ecu

I dont want you to say after some time that there was a Greek guy that wanted to swap IS350 engine and never heard from him again. My electrician replied finally today and told me that he is not sure that he can make everything play.He told me that he wants some IS350 and IS250 ecu so that he can try mold them together. So as you can understand this swap needs much more money that i was expecting so i dont think that i will do it.I m sorry i know you all wanted someone to do it first but i dont want to spend so much money.I wish someone will finally manage to do this swap after all!
I bought the 2007 is250 AT in 2006 and it is aging. With the pistons changed and such... making new plans for swap if needed... and seeing some wrecked is350 out there.
WIth the gear being more readily available... what is needed from donor is350 to be brought over to my is250? pretty much swap the whole front end and electronics???

and transmission, those aren't the same
and rear end unless you want the gearing to be off (whole thing, not just the diff as they're not the same size)
I still find it hard to believe it won't be cheaper, probably a lot cheaper, to sell your 250 while it's working properly and buy a similar year/option 350.
