There are a lot of other variables other than the three mods you listed (tires, type and weight of wheels, driver and car weight (from stereo mods, etc) altitude/temp/humidity, etc.), not to mention the largest variable - the driver.

IMO best case (assuming excellent traction, good launch and a light car) you're looking at anywhere from 13.8 - 14.2.

J - I have all of those mods plus several years of running at my local track & the best I've laid down was a 13.79 @ 102.86 mph. This was with the 200# of trunk stereo equipment but before the Torquemaster plugs ( which my previous dyno tests on a friend's GS4 show a significant improvement ). Maybe when things cool off down here I'll run things again to see what an additional 40k miles have done to things.

Scratch that. The above if from my current car 2001 GS 430 Injen Intake, 255/40/17 rear tires. My 98 was faster, so far.

I just added the TM spark plugs a month ago. Temp yesterday was 73 with 60% humidity. I did 15.1xx. This is the first run with the Torque Masters, but since this is a much warmer temperature, it make me think it will be quicker the next time I go out to the track.

Summary: TM plugs, Injen intake, and 1% smaller tires resulted in 15.1xx at 73F 60% humidity. I am guessing at 59F this should plunge below the 15 mark.

Rocketslug, hmmm... I can tell from your R/T and 60 foots that you know how to drive. I am surprised by your ETs in the 15.1xx range. Your car should be quicker. You mentioned air temps and humidity and those were almost the exact same as my last runs. What is the altitude at your track?

Here is my slip for comparison. My first run of the night was a 14.78, next was a 14.73, then this 14.69 (on a 14.68 dial in ). I am in the right lane. All runs in the 95+mph range with a best of 95.82mph. This is in my 99 LS400 with air box mod, removed final mufflers and removed full size spare. Torque braked to apx 2300rpm and left in "D".
