Plug and play. If you ever need to return your car back to original and/or if you upgrade F/I management to a stand alone your OEM wiring will be in tact.

I had to go standalone. MS3 w/MS3x card is my setup, I'm still in the process of install. But I'll be running sequential fuel and spark on E85. I could've gone piggy back, but for the price, I couldn't beat it for the tune ability.

Will these work with a 2000 sc300? I know the motors are the same but is all the wiring the same between the cars.

If you go to the manufacturers website for the product they will guide you to select your engine and/or vehicle. At least they do with the AEM site.

have you or anyone used a gte headgasket for their na-t set-up. i was thinking about that cost of things and if its cheaper and can hold up why not. like i said just looking for 325-350, if they hold up on gte pushing 500whp i guess it should hold on 325.

The gte gasket will hold 1000hp on the right setup fuel, tune and right combo.
Gte gaskets works great i used that on my setup, don't use the BL 2.5mm crap the gte will be more than enough for you.

Hell you can make 300-325 on stock compression w/o the hg.

So the general consesus is that the AEM FIC is preferred over any other piggy back system for the na-t guys? I was hoping for a little more information among all products mentioned in this thread and what is/are pros, cons for each counterpart. Thanks.

Will do, thanks. Surprising how much you can learn just by lurking. I cant wait to finally start modding my 99 cinnabar. I havnt done a darn thing to it except change the oil/regular maintenence in the last 5 years iv owned the car. Time for some boost!

this is exactly what I had set out in terms of power goals so I only changed out to the GTE head gasket which helped lower compression and all else is the same in terms of engine work.
