Do These Actually Work?
Found em and am really interested if they do what they claim!

this much i know about the 2is ECU:
1. no one outside of toyota/lexus corporate has "cracked" the 2is ECU, rendering it un-tune-able by aftermarket tuners. (there was actually a former vender who "claimed" that it could crack the 2is ECU, but nothing ever came of it - not too hard to guess why.)
2. even if you are able to "trick" the ECU, it will correct itself, rendering the electronic gimmick useless.
the tom's LTS unit only changes throttle response, but does not change air/fuel/timing parameters controlled by the ECU.

Given you can get the same result, free, by just pushing the gas pedal harder I'm gonna go with "no"
One of your links is ***ed out... the rest are total crap. You can get the same (poor) results by spending 50 cents at radio shack and wiring in a resistor to lie to the ECU about how cold the incoming air is.
All they're doing is selling you that same 50 cent resistor with a fancy box around it for a ton more money.

typically, the money-back guarantees that come with these type of products are subject to some fine-print condition so that the money will never make it back, whether in part or whole.
that, and tampering with the 2is electronics without knowing what you're doing is asking for disaster, not to mention voiding the factory warranty.

^ Yep.
I'm pretty sure the "money back guarantee" is subject to something like: 50% restocking fee + item must be returned by insured mail at the cost of buyer :P
Kurtz pretty much nailed it. It's bullcrap in a fancy box.

If it actually worked, we'd ALL have it. And there would be tons of viral threads on it that would be merged all into one huge gigantic thread. I mean. Look at the plastidip thread. It worked, everyone did it and that one thread went on and on and on.
