yup thats the BOV right there u can clearly see it with that black tubing going back into the intake! if u want to get rid of the pipe back system just take off that black hose and seal the other end where it enters with something (flange or gasget with metal over.. becreative)

That is the one thing that I tried. I disconnected it from the intake side and just left both ends open and it wouldn't idle at all. So I put it back together. I really don't want to try something I am not 100% sure will work and mess up my car. Do I seal both ends, or just one???? Where does the BOV relieve the pressure then, where does the air escape from?
u have to seal one of the ends.. the end not close to the engine.. i am at work no with no photohsop but try sealing that other end and leaving the BOV to be in the atmosphere.... u will have a rough idle possible stalling but i hope it'll be ok... good luck man
EDIT: ok cool it worked, now see the red arrow im pointign too? thats where the tube recirculates the air into, and see that rid dotted line? thats the path FROM the BOV TO the air inlet for the recirculated air. You need to take the tube off both ends, then seal that hole there, the one that the big red arrow is pointing too. If you just have that open ht eneigne will be sucking air in frmo there and it will be all whack! plus it wont be filtered! make sure u seal taht with metal or something but first temporarily seal it and if the engine isn't smooth or good then my suggestion would be to leave it on or get a new BOV or some crazy fuel tuning device. good luck man!

You really need to take this thing to a tuner and have somebody who knows what they are doing mess with it. Ask them if you can watch and ask questions.
