so i got the megan exhaust and invidia midpipe but when i drive i hear some seriously bad sounding noise,...it sounds like vibrating dishes and is really annoying and loud and is making me paranoid..is this common or is it a bad install?? can someone please help me as soon as possible

Sounds like maybe you forgot the seal between the exhaust and midpipe so metal is vibrating against metal.

 

No thats how that combo sounds.. I'm going through the same issue now. Almost like a vibrating rattle inside the mufflers. Sort of raspy rattle. I've got Megan drift spec rear section on the way. Also going back to the custom midpipes with an Burns Xpipe setup. Best sounding exhaust I've ever had.

 

Wow, the megan muffler must be a piece to rattle like that.

 

I was considering getting Megan exhaust when I finally pick up my 350.. Anyone else use it?? COMMENT

 

Are you talking about the rattling hissing noise when the revs cone down?
