I doubt there will be much performance gain - this was not demonstrated with the Megan midpipe, and I don't think Invidia can improve much on the design.
I would like to hear the sound! Although, that can be very subjective since it can be paired with multiple axle-back exhausts.
If fitment is precise, I'd probably go with the Invidia.
i too was deciding between the two. it seams like invidia and megan are both cheaper brands, compared to HKS, Apexi, etc etc. just would like to know which one was of higher quality.
just a question...how far will the megan exhaust get pushed out? i have the hipower HKS...also...the megan midpipe doesn't delete the secondary cats right? also, i read on here that it reduces drone and increases the loudness outside..anyone can vouch for that?

I'm not sure how it will work with HKS hipower, but I know that megan midpipe reduced the drone and increase the loudness outside when I used that with Tanabe exhaust

On the megan mid-pipe, two resonators are in place of the secondary cats. On the invidia, there are no secondary cats, nor resonators except the main one.

thanks for the info the only reason why i ask is that i'm not sure if the 350 will pass emissions just on the primary cats...or am i wrong...if it passes emissions...my CC is ready for the midpipes lol
