unscrew the MAF and tight it back again, make sure you instake is tight enough from the front end to the rear as well as the MAF.

Also i think you're in the wrong section. This is IS250/IS350/ISF Classifieds Section.

Wrong section but it's ur intake. You provably don't have the maf sensor in right or disconnected. It starts then dies? There can be a leak or open somewhere around the maf.

HEY! quit asking the same question over and over. Pay attention to what these folks are trying to tell you. The maf sensor is either dirty, hooked up incorrectly or you have a bad sensor.

check it or replace it...and all will be well.

You are NOT posting in the right sections of the forum this would be something you post under the 2is section and yes you still have warranty as long as you are within your miles only the warranty for those parts is voided

It's because you keep posting the same thing over and over in different parts of the forum and the moderator team keeps merging them here.

Please stop doing that... use the button to respond again to this thread and don't create a new one each time you reply or to ask your question again. The post above is the fourth time we've merged them.

I appreciate you are new and need to learn out to use the forum software, but you're creating a lot of work and confusion. Please read some of the general forum how stuff works FAQ if you need help in using the CL forum software, thanks https://www.clublexus.com/forums/faq...b3_board_usage

so I have the exact issues on my 07 is350 but I have already determined I have a short in the green and black wire to the maf sensor. I'm asking for someone to give me a little tip or something on how to go about fixing the issue im jot very electrical savy but can work a multi meter and am plenty mechanically inclined. I thought maybe just run a jumper wire from the maf too the efi no.2?

JM2C but I would have started a new thread but ....

To the side of the engine there is pop top cover and and slender cover with 3 bolts on it. The ECU is in there.

One of us will likely have to pull up a schematic (do some more searching MAF schematic and troubleshooting) but the wire from the MAF goes to the ECU and likely a fuse. What you need to do is find the connector and unplug it, then start tracking down where the problem is between the ECU and MAF.

I have seen a schematic on here but don't have time to find it. And seriously, start a new thread with all of your details in it. This one is a bloody disaster from 13 years ago.
