I've heard of some people switching from Blitz to Apexi and they like it much better. The WS2 would be my choice.

Have an exhaust custom made at a shop. It'll assure that you will get the sound/power gains you are looking for.

my 2 cents:
i like the tips on the WS2 over the others
i'm not partial to the hks, havent heard the WS2, and loved the blitz (almost got it...but favored the MT instead)

having the v8, you already have a nice growl...go with the blitz, it'll roar nicely.

I picked the Apexi WS2. I put it to my sister IS300 and it sounds really good even though its only a V6. It should sound a lot better on a V8. The WS2 sounds deep when taking off and barely notice it when rolling at 40.

I know you are looking at the three listed, but have you considered the Tanabe..

Man there are tons of threads on exhausts for the GS..YOutube has great vids of the Tanabe Touring on a gS430.. Sounds pretty good.. The Blitz does sound good with the V8.. Maybe even better if i had the resonators off and x-pipe..

I have the ApexI WS and it sounds great. Burbles slightly at idle and nice deep sound at WOT, but no droning while cruising. Plus the tips look nicer than your other choices, so you have both looks and sound.

I've heard all 3 exhausts on GS400s. The Blitz and the HKS definitely has that V8 gurgle. The Apexi is loud too but probably not as deep. Still sounds incredible though. I love the Apexi for its looks, but the Blitz and HKS sounds better to me. Then again the Apexi also has deleted resonators. 3 of these exhausts were on local CL member's car (dung0981, Chrispy, o2GS43o..something like that)
