i think that most people with GS4's have to rough idle and occasional stall. the best solution that i ve come up with is to leave the a/c on. this keeps the idle at around 6 or 7 hundred, and away from the rough zone. HTH.
as much as i luv my GS, it is pissing me off. as much as i luv the power, i hateeeeee the handling and little squeks from different places. Not to mention those piece of **** potenza's that came with the ****in car. just pissed right now.
I know what the problem is because it happened to me. I had the rod millen intake with a blitz cone filter. What I found out was some gs's run leaner than others. That means that not enough fuel is getting to the engine for the amount of air it is receiving. To remedy this you can use an apex s-afc or that piggy back ecu from either srt or weapon-r to adjust the fuel curve. It is common to me since I met several other guys with the same situation. Hope that helps you out..... Bye the way beef up your suspension with some parts and get ss brake lines and you will love your car much more.

If you hate the handling, fix it. Mine handles GREAT. And the braces ensure less chance of squeaks since the chassis gets stiffer overall.
For now I put the stock back in but will probably switch to weapon-r as soon as I can find a place that will give me a good deal? As far as suspension go with the teins!!! I luv mine. I also have trd stb & lcb. Both help out alot. I really like how I can take corners now. Hope this helps you out.....
Originally posted by TIKTIK11 i am debating between l-tuned and teins right now. How u compare both and would u have done it different?
I've never been in a GS with Teins so I can't compare. L-Tuned ALONE will keep things comfortable and eliminate a lot of float and slop and some body roll over stock. But I have a lot more than just L-Tuned with TRD sways, chassis brace, strut brace and rear Tom's brace (and staggered rims with lots of rubber on the back) so my car handles VERY well.
I'm sure Teins are very very capable (more than just L-Tuned springs/shocks), but I've heard the HAs are very stiff. They do have the CS line (softer) and the new Flex setup looks great.
If I had a STOCK setup today, and knew what I know now, I'd have to seriously consider waiting for the new EFDC from Tein which I think would go with the new Tein Flex setup. This would give me the best of all worlds I think.
