Default JoeZ intake tube

I am interested in adding an intake to my car. I like the cold air variety for obvious reasons. The Injen and Fujita are out due to no air box. I like the K&N but it is expensive.

Does the Joe Z http://www.l-tunedparts.com/product/?id=2804 do anything. Add a low restriction filter and cut a few holes in the air box and it flows as good or better than the competition??? Anyone tried this with results please let me know. Alternatives appreciated too.

I will be adding some kind of exhaust in the future.

Has anybody tryed the $399 body kit on the same site as Joe Z?

The Joe Z adds as much (or more) hp as any other intake.

That said, you're still looking at 5 hp tops. Anyone who tells you differently is selling something (probably a more expensive intake).

Has anyone tried the K&N? Sounds pretty good to me. http://www.l-tunedparts.com/product/?id=2804 Big bucks though...Twice the money = twice the HP....

Remember what I just said (and you just quoted) about anyone who claims more than 5 hp is selling something?

I bet you're getting that "twice the HP" claim from the people selling them, right?

That would be the same as JoeZ then since the F-Sport uses the stock top to the airbox?
