i have an 02 is 300,i put after market headers down to the y pipe and then a hi-flow cat and the check engine light came on there are two 02 sencers on the headers and one after the cat...what to i do to pass inspection
You need an o2 simulator to make the ecu think your B1S2 and B2S2 are plugged in. The o2 sim simulates the o2 signal so your ecu thinks everything is dandy. That should get rid of the CEL and you should pass the OBD II emissions test as long as you have no other CEL. Good luck.

yeah i certainly agree!!!
simulator is the only way to get out of it!
tokensolutions.com has them, i do not however reccomend any simulator, rather you need a piggyback that will allow you to program and adjust settings so that your car runs at its peak, how would a company know what your climate and altitude conditions are in order to give you the correct data, point being a simulator will turn off the light, but will not fully satisfy the range of data your ecu needs.
