I recently put my headers and a straight pipe exhaust on is300 the thing is my check engine came on i would leave it buh it bothers juss looking at it wen theres nothing wrong well except not passing emission test cause i removed them buh i still have time till the test..
Wat can i do to remove or fix the problem without puting the original back cause i love the way it sounds

You probably need a O2 simulator, because those are the codes that are probably popping up. What codes do you have? If its the O2 sensors then you can always weld bungs on the headers and reconnect your sensors.

 

Well i do have all 3 sensors back with new headers.

 

there are 4 sensors, two primary (before cat) and two secondary (after cat)...

the two primary control your air fuel ratio and give the ECU feedback, the two secondaries make sure the catalytic converters are working properly... if you don't have catalytic converters, the two secondaries will still show codes because they are telling the ecu that there are no catalytic converters...

What needs to happen is just unplug the two secondaries and plug the wires into o2 simulators... Tokensolutions makes one for the IS, I'm sure other companies do too...
