removing resonator.
that is, unless you're hammering the throttle and doing red-line pulls away from every street.
then you'll definitely be attracting the wrong type of attention.

There will be hardly any difference removing the resonator or not if using stock exhaust.
This is from my experience, even with removed cats and resonator. People wouldnt notice much of a difference.

I was in his car (he had no 2ndary cats or resonator) my car has both, and my exhaust is about 50% louder with my setup.
Your car will sound fine, just leave the stock mufflers on.
They do a good job at muffling

actually - and if anything, it'll be louder, but not obnoxiously loud that you'll attract the wrong type of attention.

deleting the resonators will only make it even louder.
you should know that by now.
i had resonator taken off when i got my car.
its only louder at higher revs to WOT. then i got my tanabes, and its the same. only louder at higher revs to WOT. i'd say do it because at times you want to be louder, it is. but when you want to be quiet, you can be. with stock AND tanabes. its a cheap mod too.

it doesnt sound any different when normal driving. but when you start to floor it, then you get sort of a throaty/ripping sound. thats the best i can describe it. HAHAHAH
sorry, i wish i had a sound clip. i can do it with my tanabes on but you'll only be able to hear it at HIGH revs. at lower to mid revs, the tanabes over power the sound.
when people want a quiet exhaust, i'd suggest just keeping the stock and getting resonator removed. its a pretty decent sound gain at higher revs. hope that helps.
