Default "IS350 Auto Trans Mods"

Hey everyone,
I'm not really new here but, this is my first thread. Anyway, I did a bunch of different searches and came up with nothing. I have a 2007 IS350 & I was wondering if there is any way to improve the shift response time in manual mode for this transmission? I just test drove a 2008 Infiniti G35S with the auto trans & I couldn't believe the difference "Transmission Wise" -The manual mode shift response was really fast & it rev matches with manual downshifts.
Is there a chip or tuner that can help with the resonse? I know I can't have the rev matching but, the faster response would be a nice addition.
I still like my IS alot better than the G overall, the G35 road like crap over the bumps & I generally felt alot more comfortable in my IS.
Any help with this would be great! Thanks In Advance
~Chris

There's only one solution - IS-F. Sorry it has to be that way, but it's the truth.

Yeah, I did some more searching on the net and pretty much found this same answer Man that IS-F is really something! I would love to get my hands on one of these one day. I guess I'm going to have to save all of my allowance
Thanks again,

Another solution is to look at re-valving your auto tranny and upgrading your clutch to a 4 or 6 puck performance one. Give IPT a call and see what they can do for you. Their website is http://www.importperformancetrans.com

I have a fully re-valved and built tranny with Rybestos Blue clutch and a 3600 rpm stall converter in my turbo tacoma with 300+ rwhp and the shifts are rediculously fast.

Basically the valving coupled with a good clutch is what will give you quick positive shifts in an electronically controlled auto. The IFS just has shorter valving and a more agressive clutch than you do now as far as shifting speed is concerned.

If they have something it will be way easier and less expensive than swapping the tranny to a manual.
