JoeZ Intake with HKS filter will give you 5-7 whp. Exhaust will also increase your speed.

If you have an IS250 the cheapest way to make it significantly faster is to trade it in for an IS350.

If you have an IS350 the cheapest way to make it significantly faster is to trade it in for an IS-F.

The two exceptions to the above are:

You can put nitrous on it. One user here is running a 65 shot of nitrous on his IS350. This is relatively inexpensive but does carry a risk of blowing your engine. If you commonly street race then it probably stands a very very good chance of doing so since you'll likely use it incorrectly.

You can put a set of mazzuri headers on. Cost should be under $1000 installed, and it'll add about 10-15% power to an IS250. Likely as much to a 350 but no dyno sheets yet. The bad news is you'll fail your emissions inspection unless you swap all the stock parts back on each time you get it inspected.

Judging from your post, you are incredibly immature (and spoiled) and going down the wrong path. You should only be "racing" people on the track, especially if you are as young as you sound and a Lexus is not a race car or remotely anything like it. Go buy an SRT4, that sounds like your sort of vehicle.
